Each supplier at the Grand Victoria Casino undergoes a Vendor Suitability
Review Process. This includes completion of a Vendor Suitability Review Form (VSR) and a
qualification review. Suppliers that complete this process successfully are then placed
on the Approved Vendor list and are considered eligible to conduct business with Grand
Victoria Casino.
Suppliers at the Grand Victoria Casino are selected based on: Quality, Price and Service.
If you are supplying gaming equipment as defined by the Illinois Gaming Board (IGB), your
