| ELGIN, ILLINOIS – Pursuant to the Smoke Free Illinois Act signed by Governor Rod Blagojevich this year, the Grand Victoria Casino will be a smoke-free facility starting on January 1, 2008. The Act strictly prohibits smoking inside public venues, including casinos.
Grand Victoria will provide a comfortable, smoke-free environment while offering convenient smoking areas just steps away from the gaming floor to accommodate casino guests who smoke. Both ends (bow and stern) of the outer deck of the riverboat have been designated smoking areas.
The Grand Victoria Casino, voted Chicagoland’s Best Overall Casino, features over 1,100 slot machines and a wide variety of table games that include Blackjack, Roulette, Caribbean Stud Poker, Three Card Poker, Craps, and Baccarat. Grand Victoria Casino is open from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 a.m.
