The casino offers over 29,000 square feet of gaming space, featuring 16–foot ceilings and expansive gaming areas, and table games are located on both levels of the casino. Grand Victoria Casino is open from 8:30 am. until 6:30 am. daily.
Pursuant to the Smoke Free Illinois Act signed by Governor Rod Blagojevich, the Grand Victoria Casino has been a smoke-free facility since January 1, 2008. The Act strictly prohibits smoking inside public venues, including casinos.
Grand Victoria provides a comfortable, smoke-free environment while offering convenient smoking areas just steps away from the gaming floor to accommodate casino guests who smoke. Both ends (bow and stern) of the outer deck of the riverboat have been designated smoking areas.

MUST BE 21 YEARS OR OLDER TO ENTER THE CASINO
Illinois Gaming Board Minimum Internal Control Standards require that prior to entering the casino all
persons 30 years of age or younger provide one of the following forms of identification:
- Driver’s License or state photo identification card
issued in the United States
- Passport
- U.S. issued Military ID
- Photo identification cards issued by government entities
located within the United States or U.S.
territories and possessions
- U.S. issued Alien Identification Card
In addition, Grand Victoria policy prohibits:
- The acceptance of passports as identification from persons under 25 years of age
- The acceptance of traffic tickets in lieu of a driver’s license
- Identification that is expired
- Any Grand Victoria employee from waiving any of the above requirements

Board Agent on-duty and the Elgin Police Department will be called and your arrest and prosecution will be sought.

Banquets
The Fox River Room is located on the second level of the Grand Victoria Pavilion, overlooking the Fox
River. This expansive banquet facility measuring 4,400 sq. ft. (76' x 58') can seat up to 280 guests
comfortably. We specialize in weddings, holiday events, and corporate functions. We can accommodate
groups of 100 – 280 for brunches, luncheons, dinners, and cocktails. For more information,

Valet Parking
The cost is $5 per vehicle. We offer free Valet parking to our disabled guests. Self–parking is provided in the three–deck, 1,450–space parking facility connected to the pavilion by a climate–controlled
walkway. Surface lots with a total capacity of 400 spaces are also available for self–parking.
Victoria's Gifts
Victoria's Gifts is open Monday-Sunday 1:00 pm – 9:00 pm. Club Victoria Comp Dollars may be redeemed
for a wide variety of Grand Victoria Casino logo and non–logo men's and women's apparel and gift
items.
Bike Path
A beautifully restored and landscaped bike path runs under a concourse that links the boat with the pavilion. The pavilion offers bike racks, air pumps and drinking fountains for bicyclists.
