What are your hours of operation?
We are open 8:30am - 6:30am daily.

Do you charge admission to enter the casino?
No, Grand Victoria Casino was the first casino in the area to offer FREE ADMISSION and we've continued that commitment to our guests.

Do you still sail and do I need a reservation?
No to both, Grand Victoria Casino is a dockside gaming facility allowing you to enter and exit whenever you like during our normal business hours (8:30 a.m. - 6:30 a.m.). No reservations needed.

How do I get to your Casino?

What are the valid forms of ID's that are accepted at the Grand Victoria Casino?
Grand Victoria accepts the following forms of valid government issued photo ID: Driver's License issued in the U.S., state photo identification card issued in the U.S., Passport, U.S. issued Military ID, photo identification card issued by government entities located within the U.S. or U.S. territories and possessions and U.S. issued Alien Identification Card.. In addition, Grand Victoria policy prohibits the acceptance of passports as identification from persons under 25 years of age, the acceptance of traffic tickets in lieu of a driver’s license, Identification that is expired and any Grand Victoria employee from waving any of the above requirements.

WARNING:
If you present a fraudulent ID or an ID belonging to another person, the Illinois Gaming Board Agent on-duty and the Elgin Police Department will be called and your arrest and prosecution will be sought.
How old do I need to be to enter the casino?
The legal age to enter a gaming facility in the state of Illinois is 21 years of age. If you look 30 years old or younger, you will be asked to present valid ID to prove you are of legal age before you are allowed to enter the casino. See above for valid forms of ID.

Do you have any buses or vans that pick people up and bring them to the casino?
We as a casino do not have an organized bus program, but we welcome any groups traveling by bus. If you are in need of transportation to and from the casino you may want to check into public transportation schedules. We have a bus stop located in the front of the casino. The Metra Milwaukee District West Line will take you to the Elgin train Station located approximately 1 block from the casino.

Is your casino handicapped accessible and do you have wheelchairs?
Yes, the casino is handicap accessible with available wheelchairs, a handicapped parking lot and even a handicapped accessible blackjack table. If you require a wheelchair please see the information booth located in the pavilion lower level.

How do I sign up for a Club Victoria card?
Please stop by any Club Victoria booth and present your picture ID and a Club Clerk will sign you up.

What if I lose my players card?
All you need to do is stop by any Club Victoria booth and a clerk can print another card for you.

I haven't been at the casino in a while. How long do my points/comp dollars stay in my account?
Points and comp dollars will stay in your account for one year from the last date of play.

Can I check my point/status on line?
In order to protect your privacy, Grand Victoria Casino does not offer this online service. Please stop by any Club Victoria booth and present your picture ID to check your points.

How can I change my address?
Stop at any Player's Club booth and they will fulfill your request.

How can I change my e-mail?
You can click on the Grand Victoria Registry located on the upper left hand corner of any page. If you have already registered, go to the "Click Here" link under Already Registered and log in. To change you e-mail address click on Edit Profile.

How do I get my Win/Loss statements?
You can click on the Win/Loss request form tab on our homepage then drop the completed form off in the Brighton Lounge, mail it or fax it to us.

How much is valet parking?
Valet parking is $5.00 per vehicle.

Is valet free with a Victoria's Morning Club Card?
Yes, arrive at the casino between 8am-10am, Monday - Friday, and present your Morning Club Card at the Valet window when you leave.

Is valet free with a VIP or Brighton Club Card?
We offer FREE valet for VIP and Brighton Club members.

Can valet hold packages or bags?
Unfortunately, valet cannot hold packages or bags, but we can arrange to have them placed in your vehicle while you are gaming.

Do you have Coat Check?
Yes, we do have a Coat Check. This complimentary service is located on the second floor of our pavilion. Coat check is open from 8am - 7am daily, November through the end of April.

Do you have gift certificates?
Unfortunately Grand Victoria Casino does not offer gift certificates for any of the outlets or the casino.

Do you have any specials for birthdays?
We recognize our loyal customer's birthdays through our Direct Mail programs. Please visit any Club Victoria booth for more information.

Who do I contact for parties or special events?
Please visit our Banquet Facilities link, located under the Dining section, to learn about our private and semi-private event facilities for your parties/events. You can request information to customize your upcoming gathering.

What denomination tables do you have?
Table limits are based on business volume and may be adjusted at any time. We have $5.00 up to $25.00 minimum tables for most games at most times.

Do you have Texas Hold 'Em?
Unfortunately, as a result of the limited gaming positions available, Grand Victoria does not offer live poker at this time.

Do you host any Poker tournaments?
Unfortunately, as a result of the limited gaming positions available, Grand Victoria does not offer live poker at this time.

What kind and what denomination slot machines do you have?
We have $.02, $0.05, $0.10, $0.25, $0.50, $1.00, $5.00, $10.00, $25.00, and $100.00 denomination machines. Each denomination is available in Video, Reel and/or Video Poker. Each game type may not have every denomination listed above.

How do I contact someone regarding a donation?
Please send requests for cash donations, grants and event sponsorship to the Grand Victoria Foundation. Grand Victoria Casino commits 20% of its annual adjusted net operating income to the Grand Victoria Foundation and Kane County's riverboat grant program.
